I'm a bit of an ambivert and ideally, I'd like a roommate who falls somewhere in the middle or leans towards introversion. Walking distance to Leslie Subway station, IKEA, North York General Hospital, Starbucks, Canadian Tire, etc. Take only 1 bus 85 from Sheppard Yonge to Don Mills, Fairview mall, Bayview Village Shopping Centre, etc. and bus 51 to Steels.Were looking for a mature and quiet female housemate available to move in on Dec 8. You will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with 2 girls. Minimal drinking is okay, but smoking, vaping, or the use of drugs or weed is strictly prohibited on the property. Also no pet please!
